GOAL 1: Provide 64,000 SW/TS with accurate information on HIV prevention
GOAL 2: Provide 40,000 SW/TS with access to condoms and VCT services
GOAL 3: Improve quality of life for 80 SW/TS living with HIV through shelter homes
GOAL 4: Provide capacity building, training and advocacy to 50 SW/TS
GOAL 5: Conduct an Integrated Bio-Behavioural Surveillance (IBBS) of SW/TS, in partnership with MoH, to strengthen HIV prevention strategies
