The Malaysian AIDS Council is conducting #myPrEP, an online survey on the understanding and willingness to start Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis or PrEP among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Malaysia.
What’s PrEP? Take the #myPrEP survey to find out.

If you know what’s PrEP, we encourage you to take part to help us gain insight into your level of understanding of PrEP and willingness to start it.

Even if you don’t know much or at all about PrEP, give the survey a try. It won’t take more than 15 minutes of your time.

The findings of the survey will be presented at the National PrEP Consultation this coming May to better inform policy makers, service implementers and MSM community advocates on the next step forward and action plans that are aligned with the goals of the Ministry of Health’s National Strategic Plan on Ending AIDS 2016-2030.

The survey is completely anonymous and available in English, Malay and Chinese.

Take the survey, if you:

  • Have never taken this survey before;
  • Are Malaysian aged 18 and above;
  • Identify yourself as a man who has sex with men, gay or bisexual;
  • Are currently living in Malaysia;
  • Do not have HIV (HIV negative) or are unsure of your HIV status.

If you are not eligible to participate but know friends or contacts who fulfill the above criteria and would benefit from having access to PrEP, please get them to complete the survey.

To take #myPrEP, logon to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/msiaPrEP2016

Survey ends on 16 April 2016.

We look forward to your participation. Your input is extremely critical to the development of PrEP in Malaysia that will take us one step closer to Ending AIDS by 2030.

Thank you.
