The Malaysian AIDS Council (MAC) is a society working towards eliminating stigma, discrimination and prejudice associated with HIV. It promotes and protects the rights of those made vulnerable by HIV, providing care and support and ensuring quality of people living with HIV.

MAC being the Principal Recipient (PR) of Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria to implement together with its Sub-Recipients (SR) a program designed to increase coverage of HIV Services for marginalized communities.

As a PR, jointly with its SR’s have successfully completed the phase 1 and shall be embarking on Phase 2 beginning Jan 2014 until June 2016 with a committed funding of USD7.1 million.

• Annual Program audit for period ending 31 Dec 2013 on PR and 14 SR’s located in various parts of Malaysia.

The auditor’s engagement partner responsible for the audit must have at least 7 years experience providing audit services to international development agencies or large non-profit organizations or health sector organizations. It must have operational capacity to manage the audit assignment.

Proposal will evaluated based on expertise, experience, capacity and price.
