Call for Expression of Interest
Representation of Non-governmental Constituencies on the Country Coordination Mechanism (CCM) in Malaysia for the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
The Malaysia Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) of the Global Fund (GF) is calling for Expression of Interest (EOI) from the following non-governmental constituencies for the Malaysia CCM for the period of 2016-2018 (each constituency consists of one representative, one alternate member).
Roles of the CCM are to:
The Malaysia CCM operates under the Constitution endorsed by the Malaysia CCM and has provision for the establishment of an Executive Committee, Oversight Committee, and various specialist task groups as the need arises. The CCM oversees a Global Fund Grant for HIV that is aligned to the Malaysia’s National Strategic Plan on Ending AIDS 2016-2030.

Process
The CCM mandated the Malaysian AIDS Council (MAC) to coordinate a pre-election briefing for the non-government constituencies on 21 January 2016, to have a better understanding of CCM and define their own criteria and procedures of the CCM election.
The following are the defined criteria and process developed by each constituency.
