Malaysian AIDS Council (MAC), the peak non-governmental organisation for coordinating civil society responses to HIV/AIDS, aims to address the socio-economic determinants of health for women who face multiple layers of stigma and discrimination focusing on female injecting drug users, female sex workers and their families in Kelantan, by forming a sustainable community enterprise through the International HIV/AIDS Alliance Community Action for Harm Reduction (CAHR) programme.

MAC invites interested civil society organisations to join us on this endeavour as the onsite Implementing Partners to propose and provide appropriate services for the Project beneficiaries. Grants will be rewarded to organisations that are capable of demonstrating innovative and action-translatable ideas in their proposals.
