25 February 2014 — Malaysian AIDS Council, in collaboration with Community Action on Harm Reduction (CAHR) project funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands (BUZA), is seeking a local researcher/consultant to conduct a final year evaluation to explore a set of key questions related to the effectiveness of CAHR programme.
